Analysis Of Hospital Energy Consumption In Chongqing And Study On Energy Consumption Information Disclosure Index

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in our country,energy demand has experienced an unprecedented high growth.Relevant data show that in China's total social energy consumption,the energy consumption in construction operations and building materials production can reach about 46.7% of the total social energy consumption.The large-scale public buildings in building energy consumption are due to the high energy consumption and personnel concentration of the equipment,and their building energy consumption is 8-10 times that of ordinary residential energy consumption.In large public buildings,the energy consumption of hospital buildings is particularly prominent.For the energy-saving and emission reduction work in public buildings,China adopted the “six chapters” strategy,in which the “disclosure of building energy consumption and energy efficiency information” plays a role in the connection.This paper intends to analyze the energy consumption trends and distribution characteristics of the hospitals in Chongqing in the past three years,and try to construct the energy consumption,energy efficiency and environmental quality of the hospital buildings in Chongqing from the perspective of rights and interests analysis in this profession and sociology.The index system of information disclosure,and initially given the energy consumption quota of key indicators..This article first summarizes the energy consumption and environmental quality survey data for 20 sample hospitals in Chongqing during the period from 2013 to 2015,and finds that the sample hospitals are generally operating at full capacity or overload,and the hospital bed usage rate averages the use of beds.The rate is 96.6%,and the total amount of the hospital operating pressure is increasing year by year.Although the operating pressure of hospitals has been increasing year by year,the level of energy consumption has shown a downward trend both in terms of total energy and sub-item energy consumption.In addition,environmental assessment indicators such as temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide,respirable particulates,noise,and illuminance in different areas and at different time periods in hospitals are different in various degrees.Overall,hospital temperature,humidity,illuminance,and respirable particulate matter are still suitable.In the range.Then,through regression analysis and literature analysis,it is concluded that the indicators that have a large impact on the building energy consumption of hospitals in Chongqing are floor area,total annual income,annual hospitalization,open beds,and annual traffic,and their pearson correlations.The coefficient(r value)reached 0.99,0.95,0.94,0.94,and 0.91 respectively.Based on this,the energy information disclosure index system was further defined,including energy consumption indicators,economic indicators,energy efficiency indicators,and classification index indicators.The environmental information disclosure indicator system includes physical,chemical,biological,radiological,and other five categories.Finally,combined with the professional analysis and rights benefit analysis,a construction table for building energy consumption,energy efficiency,and environmental indicators for hospital buildings in Chongqing was presented.At the same time,the unit area,unit open bed,unit business volume,and unit of tertiary hospitals in Chongqing were given.The fixed value of five indicators for income and unit inpatient energy consumption.
