Establishment And Application Of Evaluation Index System In A University In Anhui Province

Public building energy consumption in our country kept very high in recent years.According to statistics, the energy consumption of university construction unit area has reached 1.5 times the area of public construction unit area in China. How to effectively reduce the energy consumption of university buildings has become a major problem in the field of building energy efficiency. The database of building energy consumption in our country is not perfect, and the evaluation of building energy consumption is still in the exploratory stage. Although there have established the energy regulatory platforms in many colleges and universities, the research and application for energy consumption evaluation system of college and university is very few.This paper tries to study the evaluation index system of energy consumption of college buildings, based on the construction of the University's energy regulatory platform. Firstly, taking a comprehensive university in Anhui as an example, this paper master and analyze the building energy consumption status of the school building energy monitoring platform in the past three years, and summarize the characteristics of energy consumption of typical buildings. Secondly, Summary and analysis Deficiency of existing evaluation index system and a set of energy consumption evaluation index system applied to university buildings based on domestic and foreign related researches and characteristics of energy consumption of college buildings. Select the teaching building, student dormitory and administrative office building as the object of study and then analysis and evaluation the evaluation index system established preliminarily and puts forward the corresponding energy saving measures. Finally, the prediction model university energy consumption based on BP neural network, checking the accuracy of BP neural network in the campus building energy prediction.The significance of this study lies in analysis for the typical characteristics of energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area building and promotion the establishment of university building energy consumption evaluation index system through the analysis of the statistics of energy consumption data of the university in Anhui Province. At the same time, the energy efficiency evaluation method and the energy consumption index system lay a solid foundation for the energy saving work of University in Anhui via the evaluation of the energy consumption of some typicalbuildings in a certain university in Anhui.
