Based on the basic principle of the double stator motor,a single-acting variable-variable double-stator motor is designed.This motor not only has the basic characteristics of the double-stator motor,but also the continuous displacement of the motor displacement under the action of the variable mechanism.This paper mainly analyzes the performance of all aspects of single-acting variable-variable dual-stator motors.Firstly,the variable mode of the single-acting variable-variable double-stator motor is analyzed.A variable mechanism of the servo-valve control hydraulic cylinder is designed.The basic structure of the single-acting variable-variable double-stator motor is determined,and the motor is drawn by means of two-dimensional software.The structural diagram is used,and the SolidWorks is used to model the motor in three dimensions.Based on this,the basic principle of the motor is analyzed,and the key structure is introduced.Then at the application level,the innovative application of the single-acting variable-variable dual-stator motor in the speed-regulating loop is explored,and its practicality is verified.Secondly,because the motor is single-acting,the torque fluctuation of the motor is studied,and the four working modes of the motor are in the form of images(the inner motor works separately,the outer motor works alone,the inner and outer motors work simultaneously,the inner and outer motors The torque ripple under differential operation was compared and analyzed.The influencing factors of torque ripple are analyzed.The influence of the number of roller linkages on the motor torque ripple is explored.The influence of the retardation angle on the output torque fluctuation is analyzed by taking the internal and external motor differential operation as an example.At the same time,the paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the motor,which are carried out from three aspects: force,flow field and leakage.In terms of the force characteristics of the motor,it mainly starts from the rotor and stator with morecomplicated forces,calculates the force under the four working modes of the motor,and simulates it with MATLAB software to obtain the rotor and stator.The law of the magnitude and direction of the force.After the displacement of the motor is changed,the position of the internal flow path will change.The flow field of the internal motor and the external motor are numerically simulated by Fluent software.The speed and pressure loss obtained by the simulation are beneficial to the structure.Take further optimization design.In terms of leakage,the axial and radial leakage of the single-acting variable-variable dual-stator motor was calculated by means of the related content of fluid mechanics,and the leakage between the inner and outer stator connecting body and the side plate was analyzed and taken.Measures to improve the structure have been reduced to reduce this part of the leak.Finally,the motor prototype was processed,and the hydraulic test platform of the motor was built.The principle test was carried out to verify the feasibility of the motor work,which provided an experimental basis for further optimization of the motor.
