Hydraulic motor is an important execution element which can achieve rotary motion in hydraulic system but existing quantitative motor can only output a speed and torque when you input a constant flow and pressure hydraulic oil, variable speed or variable torque can not be achieved for the system, for double-stator,by the different combination of inlet and outlet ports, several different torques and rotating speeds can be supplied by one of these kinds of fixed delivery motors under the same input flow to make up the shortage of the exciting motor, and the specific power can be increased.Firstly, this paper introduced the features of the existing radial piston motor,a new double-stator radial piston motor is presented based on the radial analysing of the disadvantages of the exciting radial piston motor in the practical application,In addition, recommend characteristic structure of the motor and working principle and application of innovation in detail. The contacting stress of the wheel and rail is analyzed, and the kinematics of the piston is analyzed, the rail curve of the motor is selected based on the analysing of the performance for the common rail curve.Several possible ways to leakage are analyzed and presented its formula, the loss of the mechanical friction is analyzed and presented its formula, then calculated the mechanical efficiency and the volumetric efficiency of the motor based on the parameters of the motor, the total efficiency is caculated finally.Virtual Prototyping of the motor is seted up,the velocity of the plunger is achived based on the Pro/e simulations, static flow analysis is made for the plate shaft and the plate ring of the motor, and the speed and pressure of hydraulic oil are studied for the further optimization.
