With the continuous development of science and technology,the power-to-weight ratio of power transmission system is getting higher and higher.It is gradually replaced by hydraulic transmission system in medium and small power situations.Therefore,how to improve the power-to-weight ratio of hydraulic transmission system has become a research hotspot.Ultra-high pressure is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.Proportional cartridge valves are widely used in modern forging equipment.With the increasing tonnage of press,the need for ultra-high pressure proportional cartridge valves is urgent.The 800 MN forging hydraulic press in our country adopts the imported ultra-high pressure proportional cartridge valve,which has a long supply cycle and high price.It has seriously threatened and affected the stable production of major equipment in our country.Therefore,this paper takes 63-diameter proportional cartridge valve as the research object to design the ultra-high pressure hydraulic components in order to promote the localization of ultra-high pressure hydraulic components in our country.The 63-diameter UHP proportional cartridge valve studied in this paper adopts the principle of displacement follow-up.According to the design requirements,the design methods of the structural parameters of the valve core,valve sleeve and pilot part of the UHP proportional cartridge valve are studied.The finite element simulation method is used to analyze the flow field distribution of the spool,determine the structure of the spool and the stress of the spool;the mechanism modeling method is used to establish a 63-diameter ultra-high pressure proportional cartridge valve non-linear model,to simulate and analyze the dynamic and static characteristics of the proportional cartridge valve,and to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the cartridge valve.The dynamic and static performance test platform of UHP proportional cartridge valve was established.The pressure resistance,flow capacity,spool displacement,pressure-flow characteristics,hysteresis characteristics and dynamic response of 63-diameter UHP proportional cartridge valve were tested.The correctness of the structural design method of the 63-diameter UHP proportional cartridge valve was verified,and the simulation model was revised.In the case of unsatisfactory test conditions,the performance of the whole working range is analyzed by using the modified simulation model and the combination of simulation and experiment.The above research provides theoretical and experimental reference for the design and research of ultra-high pressure proportional cartridge valve and displacement follow-up cartridge valve.
