Research On Evolution Of Special Vehicle Supply Chain In Cloud Manufacturing Environment

Today,with the rise of the global economy,China has made remarkable achievements in the past 40 years since the reform and opening up.Not only has China reached the second place in the world in total economic output,but also many industries have entered the world's top fields.Manufacturing industry,as the backbone of a big country,is also an important part of China's development.Due to the technological blockade of developed countries and various obstructions to the rise of China,it is difficult for China to achieve substantive surpassing through the traditional manufacturing development process.We must rely on the new manufacturing mode in the Internet era to realize the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry.The advent of the "Internet +" era has brought new opportunities for China's manufacturing industry to overtake corners.Through the emerging Internet of Things means and Internet technology,cloud supply chain is constructed,cloud manufacturing platform is set up,and manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading is realized.Based on the in-depth analysis of the development characteristics of the special vehicle manufacturing industry and the theory and application of supply chain management and cloud manufacturing,this paper puts forward the evolution model of the supply chain of the special vehicle manufacturing industry under cloud manufacturing mode,and further analyses the behavior decision-making of the special vehicle manufacturers,suppliers and orders.Firstly,this paper analyses the traditional situation and operation mode of the supply chain of the special vehicle manufacturing industry;secondly,aiming at the decision-making evolution relationship between manufacturers and suppliers in the supply chain of the special vehicle manufacturing industry,the evolutionary game models for manufacturers and suppliers oriented to cloud manufacturing platform are established respectively,and the evolutionary trend of the two strategies is simulated by using system dynamics.After deducing the evolutionary game between the manufacturer and the manufacturer,the retailer is introduced as the third participant of the evolutionary game,and the evolutionary game model of the whole supply chain based on cloud manufacturingis established.The decision-making behavior of the node enterprises in the supply chain is obtained through stability analysis.The evolutionary trend of the strategies of the three nodes in the supply chain is simulated by using system dynamics.A case was used to calculate the real comparative data of factory revenue,and to verify the huge advantages of cloud manufacturing mode.Finally,based on the analysis and discussion results of the full text,this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for cloud manufacturing mode of special vehicle manufacturing industry,with the interests of retailers,manufacturers and suppliers as the core,so as to extend to the application of the whole manufacturing industry in China.
