As a new mode of networked manufacturing,cloud manufacturing mainly combines networked manufacturing,cloud computing,big data and other related technical support to achieve the unification of manufacturing resources,intelligent operation and management and other services.At present,manufacturing resource sharing and resource allocation are the core issues of cloud manufacturing system.It is one of the important aspects of sustainable development and promotion of cloud manufacturing to solve the influence analysis of resource service sharing and allocation strategy between manufacturing service providers and demanders.Based on the operating principle of the cloud manufacturing system,this paper modeled the manufacturing resource service sharing system of the cloud manufacturing system,established a resource service sharing game model based on the manufacturing resource service sharing system,and studied and analyzed the influence of manufacturing resource allocation strategy.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The modeling method of manufacturing resource service sharing system in cloud manufacturing system is proposed.According to the operating principle of cloud manufacturing,the logical relationship of manufacturing resource servitization is analyzed for the demander’s manufacturing demand sharing and the provider’s manufacturing service sharing,and the manufacturing resource service sharing distribution system under cloud manufacturing system is established,which lays the foundation for the subsequent game analysis of resource service sharing and the influence study of distribution strategy.(2)Based on the evolutionary game theory,the sharing game model of the government,the cloud platform in the cloud manufacturing system and the enterprise(include manufacturing service providers and demanders)is proposed,and the evolutionary stability strategy is discussed and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the sharing of manufacturing resource services in the cloud manufacturing system.The results of evolutionary game will be verified by system dynamics.Based on the model,the influences of external variables on strategy selection are compared,and the variation rules provide an important basis for cloud platform construction of resource service sharing system.(3)Analysis on the influence of manufacturing service resource allocation strategy under competition and cooperation mode.Stackelberg game was used to specifically analyze the benefits of cloud platform,manufacturing service provider and manufacturing service demanders,and to analyze the influence of precise resource allocation ability on each subject under cooperative mode and non-cooperative mode.Based on the simulation results,the influence of manufacturing service resource allocation strategy is analyzed and the allocation optimization of resource service sharing system is realized.On the basis of the current research on cloud manufacturing,this paper proposes a cloud manufacturing operation mechanism,that is,the government takes supervision mechanism,the cloud platform takes active management and the enterprise takes cooperative behavior,which finally promotes the development of sharing and realizes collaborative manufacturing.On this basis,it further analyzes the influence of the allocation strategy on the parties under the competition and cooperation mode,so as to maximize the benefits of all parties under the sharing mode and improve the utilization rate of resources.The research of cloud manufacturing sharing mechanism and the analysis of resource allocation strategy provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of cloud manufacturing and an important basis for the establishment of information exchange and resource sharing in the following cloud manufacturing.
