Research On The Coordinated Mechanism Of Stakeholders In Prefabricated Construction Supply Chain

As one of the green buildings,the prefabricated construction has developed rapidly under the vigorous promotion of the government.The prefabricated building supply chain(PCSC)has also preliminarily formed.However,PCSC involves a lot of stakeholders.The stakeholders in the PCSC lack an understanding of their roles and mutual relationships in the mode of prefabricated construction,which contributes to a low degree of information sharing and low operating efficiency of PCSC.Coordination among stakeholders can improve operating efficiency of PCSC and reduce operating costs of PCSC.Therefore,this paper studies the coordinated mechanism of stakeholders in PCSC.Firstly,this paper constructs a coordinated mechanism of stakeholders in PCSC.By identifying the core stakeholders of PCSC and the problems among the core stakeholders,the coordinated drive of the stakeholders is analyzed.Based on this,the coordinated mechanism of stakeholders in PCSC is constructed,which mainly includes two aspects: coordination behavior and distribution of coordinated benefit.And then,the evolution of coordination behavior among stakeholders is analyzed.Through analysis of the coordinated matter among stakeholders,a multi-party evolutionary game model among design,production,transportation and construction enterprises is constructed.Considering the influence of different factors on the coordination behavior selection of game parties,the behavioral evolution of game parties under the change of different factors is studied.Through Matlab numerical simulation,the dynamic change process of coordination behavior about game parties is more directly observed.Finally,the distribution of coordinated benefit among stakeholders is analyzed.Based on the basis of identifying the factors that affect the distribution of coordinated benefit about the stakeholders in the PCSC,the dynamic distribution model of the coordinated benefit is established by integrating the influencing factors.And then,the distribution proportion of the coordinated benefit is analyzed.The effectiveness of the model is verified by one case study,which makes the distribution result of coordinated benefit fair and reasonable.Based on the theoretical analysis,it can be seen that the coordinated behavior selection of stakeholders and the distribution of coordinated benefit of PCSC are affected by many factors.Based on the simulation analysis,the evolution path of coordinated behavior selection of stakeholders in PCSC under different factors is obtained.The case analysis proves the necessity of considering the dynamic distribution of multi-factor coordinated benefit comprehensively.To a certain extent,this study provides a basis for the coordination among the participants in the PCSC,and also provides a basis for the distribution of coordinated benefits arising from the participation,which is conducive to the better realization of the coordinated development of the PCSC.
