The reverse technology of complex targets is a comprehensive technology widely used in automotive parts,mold manufacturing and other industries,including data acquisition,data processing and surface reconstruction.In the automotive parts manufacturing industry,reverse technology can realize the rapid design and manufacture of free-form surfaces and shorten the development cycle of automotive parts,which has great practical significance.The reverse technology for the current complex target has the problems of large amount of data,loss of feature information,and low precision and slow speed of surface reconstruction after point cloud reduction.This paper improves from point cloud acquisition,point cloud processing and surface reconstruction.Using the reference point pasting method of“sticking first and then rubbing”,Determine by experiment:When the measured object volume is in the range of150×150×150cm3300×300×300cm3,The ATOS scanning system measures 60cm to get the best point cloud data.The Principal Component Analysis(PCA)algorithm was used to match the scan data with the Computer Aided Design(CAD)model and the least squares method was used for error evaluation.The point cloud is streamlined using an adaptive curvature classification algorithm.The surface reconstruction method combining feature line and surface constraint is adopted for the processed point cloud data.Taking the car rearview mirror as an example,the ATOS scanning system is used to obtain the point cloud data,The standard deviation is 0.099 mm and the root mean square value is 0.091 mm by error evaluation,which realizes the high-precision measurement of complex targets.Taking the base of the automobile fuel tank cover as an example,the results show that the adaptive curvature classification reduction algorithm has a squared error of 1.758e-26 and a coefficient of determination of 0.998 when the point cloud reduction effect reaches 95%,Achieve the best streamlined effect.The method of combining feature line and surface constraint is more than 95%of the surface deviation of the reconstructed surface is less than±0.5mm,Surface smoothing meets accuracy requirements.Applying the method of this paper to reverse the design of complex targets can improve the precision of point cloud processing,reduce the computational complexity of surface reconstruction,and improve the efficiency of reverse design.It has certain reference value for complex target detection,processing and manufacturing and reverse technology in automotive parts,molds and other industries.
