In recent years, with China's rapid economic development, the number of cars is also growing rapidly, energy issues have become increasingly prominent,in order to promote the development of energy saving and emission reduction technology of automobile, the state introduced is considered to be the history of the most stringent vehicle emission regulations, the new engine of manpower development of energy saving and emission reduction makes the domestic automobile factory invested a large amount of the.In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, the domestic car enterprises need to carry out benchmarking experiments with foreign advanced products in the process of developing engine products.Benchmarking test not only requires a lot of time, manpower and equipment resources, but also because of the industry competition,it is difficult for domestic enterprises to get engine prototypes of foreign enterprises. Therefore, most of the benchmarking work is carried out by domestic R&D institutions and institutions of higher learning.Benchmarking tests have huge workloads, and each machine takes a lot of time. However, the benchmark experimental data can provide more accurate boundary conditions for one-dimensional simulation model,so the accurate prediction model can be used to reduce the workload of benchmarking test.Under this background, the engine simulation model is established by using GT-Power software, and the model is calibrated by bench test data to verify its reliability. In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, the main technical routes of light vehicle enterprises at home and abroad are basically to reduce the engine displacement by supercharging, but the tendency of deflagration is increased after supercharging. Therefore, the increase of EGR system in turbocharged direct injection gasoline engine model, the effects of EGR on direct injection turbocharged gasoline engine cylinder knocking and emission effect, under the premise of ensuring power under the suppression of cylinder knock, and reduce the emission of NOx,so as to reduce the burden of appropriate postprocessing.First of all,the effects of EGR on the temperature of the cylinder, the exhaust gas containing inert gas will make the cylinder heat mixture volume increase will lead to decreased temperature of combustion in the dilution and influence of specific heat increase in cylinder combustion temperature decreased gradually with the increase of EGR rate. With the increase of EGR rate, the combustion duration will increase, and the peak value of heat release rate will decrease. The introduction of EGR of turbocharged gasoline engine dynamic effect and economy is not the case, select the 2000r/min under heavy load and 3000r/min speed under the condition of optimum EGR rate was 5%,the speed of 5000r/min under the condition of optimum EGR rate was 2.5%,the rate of EGR knock equivalent was significantly reduced by 24.4% or more,NOx emissions can be reduced by about 15%,can relieve the postprocessing device requirements.
