In the long highway tunnel,due to the air is not smooth,a series of chemical reactions take place between the exhaust gas discharged from the automobile and the tunnel seepage,and the resultant product adheres to the surface of the cement concrete pavement to form a waxy layer.The internal environment of the tunnel is relatively closed compared with the external environment.The noise of the vehicle is superposed on one another after being reflected by the inner wall of the tunnel and is difficult to dissipate.Located at the entrance and exit of the tunnel,due to the acceleration and deceleration of vehicles,the anti-skid structure of the pavement surface is affected by the impact of car tires and anti-skid attenuation so as to cause a series of traffic accidents,which is to solve the above problems,especially the introduction of EACCP.In this paper,the relevant research is carried out through the Lianhuashan No.2 tunnel of Chaohui Expressway in Guangdong Province,and the relevant indoor experiment is carried out with the use of German TONI cement concrete hydration heat detection equipment,Germany Mueller BBM PAK Mobile MK?noise measuring instrument and cement concrete test block wear equipment.This paper focuses on the mechanism of the application of the aggregate exposing solvent and the anti-skid,noise reduction and durability of EACCP.1,In the construction of slippery paving,the parameters such as height,loose width,loose length and stacking distance of concrete are determined by checking the status of concrete and the effect of on-site construction to ensure the continuous construction of sliding paving.2,The research on the mechanism and performance of action of aggregate exposing solvent shows that the concentration and amount of aggregate exposing solvent and the temperature of concrete after curing are the key factors influencing the cleaning time of EACCP.The maximum exothermic rate,the maximum exotherm rate,and the heat release rate of concrete 1400min were reduced and delayed by adding the aggregate exposing solvent.3,Using the mutual transformation of volume and quality,to caculate the the amount of cleaning of different mortar layer thickness.And establish the prediction model between the thickness of the mortar layer and the amount of cleaning.The actual cleaning volume is similar to the slope of the theoretical prediction cleaning volume.The amount of cleaning of the EACCP is significantly increased with the increase of the thickness of the mortar layer and the depth of the aggregate;spraying Aggregate Exposing Solvent and cure 10~11h before cleaning,the depth of the aggregate is in the range of 2.53~2.27mm,and the amount of cleaning is in the range of 6.93~7.15kg/m~2.4,For different texture features of cement concrete pavement,it~/s anti-skid performance from big to small are as follows:large diameter aggregate of EACCP>small particle size aggregate of EACCP>asphalt pavement>grooved road surface>ramming road surface.Traffic noise values from descending order:grooved road surface>large diameter aggregate of EACCP>asphalt pavement>small particle size aggregate of EACCP.From the anti-skid angle of the road,the EACCP was more better to used to tunnel road.5,The anti-skid ability of EACCP compared with the grooved road is more durable.With the increase in the number of wear cycles,spray the curing agent after the test block is more wearable.But after 90 laps wear,the quality loss difference is basically the same.Brush the curing agent of a test block with less quality wear loss and lower loss of dew depth,wear resistance is more excellent,it is recommended to use a curing agent for curing.
