Cement concrete pavement plays a pivotal role in the traffic construction.It has the advantages of high strength,high rigidity,good durability and so on.However,it has some shortcomings,such as the poor sliding resistance,seams and noise,which have been plaguing people.How to better promote the cement concrete pavement is an important problem.With the development of traffic cause,exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement with high anti-sliding performance,low noise,anti-dazzle and other advantages,can solve the disadvantages and difficulties of actual pavement.In order to learn the nature of the raw materials of cement concrete in Yunnan Province mountainous areas and the principle of mix proportion design,this paper researches exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement based on the project by Han Zhuang town in Baoshan City.This paper first puts forward the design principle of the exposed concrete mixture ratio,analyzes the technical requirements of raw materials and select materials to design mixture ratio.The paper introduces technology of the exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement construction and through laboratory test,which determines the number of exposed stone agent sprayed from 200 to 250g/m~2 and the relation of exposed stone sprayed time at different temperatures.Then the theoretical analysis the time to wash the road surface,we can come to an conclusion that the construction of exposed stone concrete does not affect its strength.The theoretical analysis and anti-skidding performance of exposed aggregate concrete and through the depth test of the structure test and abrasion resistance test,exposed-aggregate concrete is demonstrated to have the advantage of high resistance.Then by choosing the maximum particle size of 9.5 millimeter,19 millimeter and 26.5 millimeter,we can prepare specimens of coarse aggregates,which concludes that the anti-sliding performance of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement performs a good linear regression relationship with the structure depth of surface and the degree of the stone in the unit area.Further more study the relationship between the exposed depth,exposed area and skid resistance index and friction coefficient,when the skid target is optimization,and there is the best stone depth range from 1.8 millimeter to 2.1 millimeter.Moreover,the anti-sliding performance of the exposed concrete pavement in the wet condition is still high relatively.Followed by theoretical analyzing low noise performance of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement and through the tire fall test,which determines the sound pressure of the specimens whose anti-sliding performance were measured.It is concluded that the sound pressure level is related to the depth of the structure and the degree of the stone.Compared with ordinary concrete,exposed concrete pavement has lower noise performance.The research results of this article have high practicability and pertinently.It is provided that the performance of construction technology,high anti-slip and low noise.The exposed concrete pavement can obtain the certain reference,which has a great significance to the application of exposed aggregate concrete.
