| Since joining the WTO,China’s construction industry has been further opened.In the cost structure of construction enterprises,the cost of transportation usually accounts for a large part,so transportation is an important link in logistics activities.Once the accident occurs in the process of transportation of the construction project,the consequence is very serious.Facing the fierce competition in the construction project market,whether an efficient,economic and safe logistics transportation path can be formulated,directly affects the construction schedule of the project and the development of the whole national economy.Taking the logistics transportation of engineering construction project as the research object,the article analyzes the principles and steps of the transportation path formulation From its characteristic,considering the engineering logistics transportation path optimization involves time,economy and security of a number of factors,put forward the index system to consider the transportation time,transportation costs,transportation risk,three dimensionless indexes of different units are treated by dimensionless method,finally using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(F-AHP)the resistance index weight calculation,constructed based on time-cost-risk comprehensive road engineering construction project logistics transportation network model for calculating the resistance of the smallest.In consideration of the time-varying characteristics of road network under the condition of the time-dependent network(TDN)is introduced into the dynamic network,a dynamic network model of logistics transportation path of engineering construction project with minimized road resistance is established,and a comprehensive optimization algorithm based on time dependent network(TDN-Z algorithm)is proposed.Finally,taking the logistics transportation of commercial concrete in the construction project of Ming County Mansion in Tianjin as an example,based on the actual road network data and assumed transportation data,by determining the comprehensive road resistance of the road network in each time period,the integrated shortest path resistance and time dependent network model and TDN-Z algorithm are used to optimize the dynamic network.Through the example analysis,starting at different time points,the impedance of the road transportation network varies with time,resulting in transportation line differentresults,which verifies that the dynamic project logistics transportation route optimization is feasible and effective. |
