Permeable pavement is of great significance to reduce the risk of waterlogging,ease urban heat island effect and improve the safety of driving in rainy days,but permeable pavement usually with large porous and open-gread,that leads stones spalling and pits which will serious influence it's service life.This paper aims to develop a kind of special material of asphalt that can meet the performance requirements.First of all,by collecting relevant literatures and preliminary test selected raw materials for preparation of porous asphalt pavement for high viscosity modified bitumen.According to the properties of the raw materials studied the influence of temperature and time on the performance of asphalt during the preparation of modified asphalt and determined the preparation technology of modified asphalt for permeable asphalt pavement.Orthogonal tests were conducted to analyze the effects of the raw materials of different distribution ratio on the properties of the modified asphalt,and the optimum distribution ratio of the asphalt mixture was determined by means of the asphalt mixture.Secondly,according to the self-made high viscosity modified asphalt raw material ratio,and selected two different proportions in scope to prepare the high viscosity modified asphalt PA1 and PA2,choose matrix asphalt,rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt as a control group for performance analysis.The classical tests and rheological properties for evaluating the performances of the modified asphalts,analyzed the microstructure of asphalt by fluorescence microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the performance of modified asphalts are better than the matrix asphalt,the low temperature performance of rubber asphalt and the viscosity index of SBS modified asphalt were poor,PA1 and PA2 have better performance on high temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking performance,they have high dynamic viscosity and strong adhesion to stone so that can effectively resist water damage and meet the technical requirements of permeable asphalt mixture.The high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt is improved PA1 and PA2 has stronger ability of high temperature anti-rutting,low temperature anti-cracking performance,and have better aging resistance than others.The modified materials with good dispersion in asphalt,rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt in the modification process is mainly a physical blend,PA1 and PA2 both have physical and chemical reactions at the same time,and PA2 has more chemical reactions.Studied the high temperature stability,low temperature anti-cracking performance,anti flying performance and water stability of pavement performance road performance of PA1 and PA2 large porous permeable asphalt mixture by Marshall test design methods of asphalt mixtures.The results showed that the PA1 asphalt mixture and PA2 asphalt mixture have both good high-temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking performance,the asphalt and aggregate have enough bond strength with strong water resistance and good water permeability,which can meet the performance requirements of large porous permeable asphalt mixture.Paved the test road with PA1 asphalt mixture,analyzed the production mix ratio and mixing,transportation,paving and rolling of asphalt mixture during construction were carried out.Observed the quality of the permeable asphalt pavement test road and the performance of test can meet the requirements of permeable asphalt pavement.
