| With the development and advancement of urbanization,commercial complexes show a centralized development trend.On the premise of development,the development direction of urban complexes in cold areas is diversified.However,the special climate,temperature difference,short day and long night in cold cities restrict the development of urban commercial complexes in cold region.At present,only a few scholars and designers have studied on the problem in our country and a few mature landscape design of commercial complex are available now.Many designs fail to consider the special climate in cold areas and other factors.Therefore,guided by the theory of environmental psychology,starting from the psychological needs of users,this paper aims to create an external space landscape that meets the needs of commercial complexes in cold regions.Firstly,collect and sort out the status quo of a large number of typical urban commercial complexes and external space landscape at home and abroad,and summarize and sort them out.At the same time,analyze the status quo of commercial complexes in cold regions at home and abroad,and summarize the problems existing in the development process of commercial complexes in cold regions and the reasons restricting their development.A preliminary analysis of the role and significance of urban commercial complexes is helpful to discover the problems and trends in the development of commercial complexes,and to gain insight into the current situation of landscape design.Secondly,Northeast China has the characteristics of cold regions,so four representative urban commercial complexes are selected for this study.Through questionnaire survey,interview and summary of the results of the survey,the group type,psychological needs,activity area and space use of users are deduced,and the psychological needs of users are understood.It also finds out the design problems existing in the use of external space of urban commercial complex at present.Thirdly,four representative projects are selected from many classical cases to find out what can be used for reference.The concept of planning and design method are analyzed.The analysis conclusion together with the research conclusion can provide reference for the external space landscape design of commercial complex.Based on the relevant theories of environmental psychology,this paper explores the design strategies of the external space landscape of the commercial complex of cold cities based on environmental psychology,including the design of external space waterscape,leisure square,personal space,road,pavement,night scene and ecological sustainable design of the commercial complex.This study aims to create a unique and customer-satisfied external space landscape,increase the attraction of the landscape,winter utilization,and provide effective design strategies for the landscape design of cold city commercial complex.This study provides a certain planning and design method and reliable practical reference for exploring the planning and design of the external space landscape of commercial complex in cold regions. |
