With the continuous increase of heating building area and heating energy consumption in North China,the requirement of regulating effect of heating system is getting higher and higher.With the improvement of automation level and the development of intelligent equipment,the control methods of heating system become more and more diverse.Building thermal imbalance is the main part of building heat loss.Solving the vertical imbalance and horizontal imbalance of central heating system through control is of great significance to energy saving.In view of the scientific and technological problems faced by the control method of uniform temperature heating using four-way directional control valve,the following research work has been carried out on the basis of theoretical deduction,experimental research and practical application test.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research work of horizontal and vertical misalignment,the research content and technical route are defined,the principle of uniform temperature heating is systematically analyzed,and the research is carried out by combining theoretical mathematical modeling with experimental verification.Secondly,it demonstrates the feasibility of applying four-way reversing valve to realize uniform temperature heating method,and combines with theoretical analysis to determine the key problems to be solved in realizing this method.For the realization of the energy balance method,it is necessary to identify the value of energy balance coefficient B,while in the process of commutation regulation,the ratio of forward time to reverse time is identified,which is defined as the ratio of commutation time to Ra.Thirdly,through theoretical analysis and experiments,the identification of key parameters needed to realize the regulation and control of uniform temperature heating is completed.After analysis,for the floor radiant heating system,it is related to the floor surface temperature.On the premise of the stability of the water supply temperature,the influence of flow change on the energy regulation coefficient B is discussed,which has a guiding role for the next test.After that,the construction of the test bench is completed.By designing different working conditions,the water supply temperature of the system is kept unchanged,and several sets of different flow values are set.Experiments prove that the power function relationship between B/Bbase and relative flow G/Gbase is 0.3 power function.A method for calculating the commutation time ratio Ra in commutation regulation is given.Fourth,the development and debugging of uniform temperature heating control system.The point information and control logic of the control system are improved.The design and development of the intelligent controller are completed with the MCU controller as the hardware and the Digi-sft software platform as the development environment,which lays the foundation for the further validity of the proposed method through the demonstration project test.Finally,combined with the demonstration project,the effectiveness of the work results is verified.The mathematical model is applied to the control method to verify the accuracy of the parameter model and the effectiveness of the method in the actual heating project.The results show that the model can be applied to floor radiant heating buildings in northern China,and can effectively reduce indoor temperature and maintain its stability,and the reversal regulation has a significant effect on solving the vertical imbalance problem of single-pipe system..
