It is found that the durability and structural performance of concrete are affected by environmental corrosion due to long-term use.In order to avoid environmental corrosion of concrete, protective methods such as tiling, spray coating, and protection templates are often used, but there are deficiencies. This paper studies the protection method of concrete surface, and it has definite value in engineering application. An innovative concrete surface protection method proposed in this paper is that the fiber composite material plate is placed on the inner surface of the concrete mould in the concrete placement, the fiber composite material inserted connection fittings are rooted in the concrete to fix the surface of the fiber composite material and the concrete, and the fiber composite material plate protects the concrete surface.Aiming at this protection method, the mechanical effects of concrete hydration heat on fiber composites material during the concrete placement is studied. The finite element software is used to establish the function relation of temperature field and stress field between concrete and fiber composite material mold. The fiber composite material mold during the concrete placement is simulated and many kinds of concrete placement are calculated. The result shows the fiber composite material has not been damaged during the concrete placement. Finally, the mechanical response of the fiber composite material with different layup angles and different thicknesses is calculated during the concrete placement of capping blocks for the subway shield segments in this paper, and the fiber composite material protection structure of the capping block is designed and fabricated, and the protective method can be applied to the shield segment structure.
