| The maintenance of rail transit train is not only related to the safety and reliability of train operations,but also the personal safety of passengers,which directly affects the work efficiency and labor intensity of maintenance personnel.At present,the research on the maintenance environment and interface design of rail transit trains in China is still lagging behind,failing to form a comprehensive and systematic design specification and guidance.This thesis is written from the perspective of industrial design.In the early stage,the research on the interface of urban rail train maintenance environment was reviewed,and the basic research framework,research methods and objectives of this paper were clarified.Then according to the characteristics of the urban rail train maintenance personnel in the daily work,the composition of the urban rail train maintenance environment system was summarized,and the components of the human-machine system and the characteristics of each element were analyzed.The train maintenance behaviors,tasks and people were also analyzed.The relationship between the capabilities,proposed to construct a mutual adaptation type human-machine system interface model,and briefly described the composition of the evaluation index system of the maintenance environment interface.Based on the human-machine interface system model of the train maintenance environment,these experimental studies of the urban rail train maintenance environment interface were carried out in the fourth chapter of this paper:(1)Mainly used questionnaires and field interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of the task requirements of maintenance personnel;through questionnaire survey experiments,it was concluded that the uncomfortable areas of maintenance personnel were concentrated on the upper back;(2)Analyzed the basic layout of the visual inspection area of the train maintenance environment and the characteristics of the maintenance operation trajectory,and proposed a preliminary optimization layout design scheme for the visual inspection area of the train maintenance environment taking the bogie maintenance workshop as an example;(3)Obtained video observation data through on-site observation and video analysis,and used ObserverXT10.0(defined as a behavior observation analysis software)to calculate the frequency and duration of the bogie maintenance operators,and summarized the key therbligs of the maintenance personnel’s.Based on the research above,the key therbligs obtained by the research were further transformed into a digital kinesin model library and a key kinetic size database through a visual human factor comprehensive simulation analysis platform.The key therbligs or posture library can be used for visual evaluation of design solutions and maintenance activities for maintenance operations,while the key therbligs’ measurable database can be applied to optimize design evaluation or guide innovative design.Finally,for the optimal layout design of the bogie maintenance workplace,the virtual human factor comprehensive simulation analyses were carried out,and some optimization design suggestions of train maintenance environment interface were put forward,in order to provide reference for relevant stakeholders. |
