| With the rapid development of urban traffic,the overhaul and maintenance of rail transit train has become an indispensable part of the traffic operation process.The maintenance personnel,as the most basic component in the train maintenance work,is the key link whether the maintenance task can be completed successfully.However,in a persistent and high-intensity working environment,maintenance personnel who maintain the same working posture for a long time are prone to physical and psychological fatigue,which can easily affect work efficiency,or even cause work errors,and bring safety problems to the train.In order to help reduce the adverse effects of operation pressure on maintenance personnel,according to the requirements of maintenance tasks and ergonomics requirements such as staff behavior and posture,this study proposes a subway train maintenance task evaluation system that can be used to evaluate the rationality of maintenance task process and maintenance posture.First of all,the research status of urban rail train maintenance is investigated and analyzed,and the basic research framework,research objectives and content are defined.Then the current domestic train maintenance system model,train maintenance personnel and OWAS posture analysis and other related studies are summarized,and the theory of interaction design and the layout of the web interface are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,by means of survey and interview,the characteristics and problems of train maintenance personnel in their daily maintenance operations are understood.According to the video data,the body posture of the train maintenance personnel during the operation is arranged,so as to have an in-depth understanding of the maintenance task characteristics and related needs of the maintenance personnel.According to this,the preliminary function points of maintenance task evaluation system are listed and the priority is given.Thirdly,based on the relationship between the train maintenance task and maintenance personnel,the design research of the interface and rationality of the train maintenance task evaluation system is carried out,and the questionnaire survey of page style and layout is carried out,and the general design direction is determined.In order to make the system accurately describe the behavior and posture of maintenance personnel in the actual operation,the manifestation form of task system page was summarized.The human body posture was evaluated by selecting maintenance task,maintenance time and posture setting in the system,and the final reasonable evaluation was obtained.At the same time,the evaluation index of maintenance task attitude is briefly described and the final evaluation of attitude is presented in graphical form,which provides a design reference for building a reasonable human-machine system interface and verifying rationality.Finally,based on the above research,the data and information obtained from the research are further organized to form the information architecture of the train maintenance task evaluation system,the page design scheme of the train maintenance task evaluation system is proposed,and the design scheme of the train maintenance task evaluation system is optimized and practiced.Through usability evaluation,the rationality of the operation mode,page layout and final evaluation mode of the system is verified.This system can provide help and reference for relevant personnel,and help to guarantee the coordination of man-machine-environment during train maintenance. |
