Research On Detail Design Of Precast Concrete Facades

Since the emergence of precast concrete facades in the 20 th century,there have been more mature developments abroad,and there are numerous wonderful architectural examples.Relevant technical specifications and industry chain have also been established.In China,the research and exploration of precast concrete facades is still in its infancy,but its development has positive significance for the construction industry.First of all,it can be freely shaped and decorated by the designer’s needs,and better stimulate the architect’s design inspiration and design enthusiasm.It can also better meet the growing aesthetic needs of the building owners.Secondly,it can effectively reduce the workload on the construction site and reduce the pressure on the environment and traffic around the site,which is of great significance to the city.Today,China’s construction industry is booming,and research on precast concrete exterior walls is necessary.This article is based on architecture,focusing on the detailed design of precast concrete exterior walls.The research begins with the basics of precast concrete and focuses on their production,variety,development and architectural applications.Then,the characteristics of the precast concrete exterior wall are analyzed from four aspects: force,form,unit and function.The research perspectives are unit module and module connection.The research of unit module is mainly to discuss the development of precast concrete exterior wall unit module,the color and texture of the unit module surface,the detailed processing in the manufacture,transportation and maintenance of unit module;the research of module connection is mainly to explore the precast concrete exterior wall.Structural joints,morphological joints,functional joint details,that is,the structure and support of precast concrete exterior walls,joints,doors and windows and the details of the parapet wall.At the same time,based on the description of the technical measures and related structures of the precast concrete facade,a case study is carried out,and the connection between the detailed design and related technologies and structures is discussed in detail.At the end of the article,the dissertation returns to the architectural aesthetics to think about the precast concrete exterior wall,and then combines the content discussed above,puts forward the strategy of detailed design,and forecasts the trend of the prefabricated concrete exterior wall detail design.It is hoped that this will be a systematic study of the detailed design of the precast concrete exterior wall,and offer my own meager strength to better guide the future detailed design work.
