The Research On The Detail Design Of Contemporary Fair-faced Concrete Building

Concrete material has always been favored by many architects,from a single structural into a structure and decorative materials.With the continuous development of concrete technology,its surface smoothness,Shape design and detail texture have changed greatly.In recent years,with the increasing awareness of this material and the practice of excellent architectural firms,a lot of outstanding fair faced concrete buildings have sprung up in china.But in China,the design and construction of the concrete is still in the immature stage.Architectural education has always been emphasized on the function,form,space,and the design of the concept of thinking.The rugged development of the entire construction industry,many architects ignore the details of architectural design.These detailed designs are often of great importance in many ways and play an important role in improving the quality of the whole building.Especially for fair faced concrete building,this kind of casting molding has no more than two finishes decoration,the details of the processing requirements more stringent.Therefore,this paper studies the details of fair faced concrete building as a breakthrough point,in order to perfect the research on the detail design of fair faced concrete building in China.In this paper,the details of contemporary fair faced concrete building are discussed from three sections:detailed description,detailed presentation and detailed thinking.First of all,it analyzes the origin,research angle,hierarchical relation and significance of detail.This chapter establishes the theoretical foundation for the next study of the concrete.In the third chapter,the concrete finish of fair faced concrete building is discussed from five aspects:the composition of the concrete material,the color of the skin,the texture,the hole and the joint and the construction technique.The fourth chapter mainly deals with the important details,construction methods,characteristics,and detail design related to the equipment.The two chapters mainly combine the project practice and the analysis of the outstanding cases,and summarize the detailed design features of the concrete construction in the study of material,structure,equipment,professional coordination and construction process.The fifth chapter is to discuss the detailed artistic expression of the fair faced concrete building,and to study the detailed design thinking process and the detail design prospect of the fair faced concrete building.In conclusion,the research on the fair faced concrete building is of great practical significance.This paper studies the material,structure,equipment,specialty and construction technology in detail design.It is hoped that it will give some enlightenment and guidance to the practice of fair faced concrete construction in the future.
