The low-floor light rail vehicle system is a medium-traffic mode of transportation.It is especially suitable for branch transportation in large cities and trunk traffic in medium cities.It is one of the most effective measures to settle down urban traffic problems.At present,there are different technical routes in the research and development of low-floor vehicles at domestic and abroad,each with its own characteristics.The author takes SIEMENS company's Combino 100% low floor bogie as the research object,and combines the existing reference about the longitudinal coupling 100% low-floor vehicle bogie to complete the following work:(1)This paper proposed a 100% low-floor bogie scheme for longitudinal coupling bogie with independently rotating wheels.It includes 2D drawings of structural design schemes such as frame,drive-brake unit,spider coupling,elastic wheel,axle-bridge,suspension system and traction device.Completion of relevant structural calculation analysis from parameter formulation,motion relationship and strength of key components(2)The use of the drive brake unit to achieve the longitudinal coupling of the wheel is the key technology of the bogie,and it is also a distinctive technical route.The structural arrangement scheme of the longitudinal coupling 100% low-floor vehicle bogie drive-brake unit is given.The traction motor,the brake device,the coupling and the transmission gear are integrated into one unit,which is called the drive-brake unit;The unit is longitudinally arranged on one side of the frame by a four-point suspension.The unit is longitudinally arranged on one side of the frame by a four-point suspension.The traction motor has two output shafts,which drive the rotation of the same side wheel through the bevel gear transmission,so that the same side wheels are longitudinally coupled,and the axle-bridge device is used instead of the axle,and the left and right wheels are reconnected to realize the lateral positioning of the left and right wheels,Restore the self-steering function of the independent wheel bogie.and verify the rationality of driving gear design,transmission shaft design and bearing selection.(3)Considering the motion relation between independent rotating wheel and frame,to meet the drive-brake unit achieve frame suspension,the author designs a new type of spider coupling.And the paper deduces the theoretical composite stiffness formulas of spider coupling,the correctness of formula is verified by the FEM,then comparison of the stiffness characteristics of spider coupling and primary suspension rubber spring,the result show that the spider coupling has enough torsional stiffness to transmit driving and braking torque reliably and steadily;the coupling's constraints for axial motion,radial motion and deflection motion is small,so it can meet the requirements of motion compensation between the wheel and drive-brake unit,and decouple the wheel and drive-brake unit in axial,radial and deflection directions.(4)By in-depth study of tapered laminated rubber springs,the paper proposed the theoretical composite stiffness formulas of laminate rubber spring for engineering application,then the correctness of formula is verified by the FEM.
