Research On Talent Team Building Of CNC Technology For Intelligent Manufacturing In SK Enterprise

Intelligent manufacturing is the core development direction of manufacturing technology and the only way to transform from the great manufacturing nation to the powerful manufacturing nation.Intelligent manufacturing has brought a series of changes to the design and manufacturing methods and the innovation of core technology of complex equipment,especially the aviation equipment.In the face of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the change,the talent is the core of the enterprises to grasp the opportunity,to meet the challenge and to seek development.For the technology intensive enterprises such as aviation manufacturing industry,the construction of the professional and technical talent team is particularly important.Therefore,through the analysis of the development of intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad,taking the SK manufacturing and processing plant of an industrial group as the research object,this paper focuses on the analysis of the difficulties faced by the manufacturing enterprises about the construction of CNC technology personnel with the arrival of the age of intelligent manufacturing.Guided by problems and problem-solving,this paper will study and explore the construction of technical talents from the following aspects.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of the development of global intelligent manufacturing,and analyzes the outstanding challenges brought by intelligent manufacturing to manufacturing enterprises.In order to meet this challenge and grasp the opportunities for development,what gaps do we still have in the construction of technical talents? Intelligent manufacturing has put forward new requirements for the construction of talent team in manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,aiming at the problems and the existing gap,and guided by the problems,this paper studies and explores the four aspects of "selecting talents,educating talents,employing talents and keeping talents".The theoretical research is carried out in four aspects,and the corresponding measures are taken,such as the unimpeded selection path,the innovative training and cultivation method,the strengthening of the talent ability evaluation,the good use of the talents,the optimization of the incentive mode,the corresponding developmentplatform and carrier of the technical talents,the application of the theory to practice in this enterprise,and the solution of the actual problem of flexible manufacturing lines in the intelligent manufacturing factory,and finally the construction system of technical personnel team is formed.Finally,through the knowledge engineering,standardized construction,staff integration and other work to strengthen the enterprise knowledge precipitation into the rapid growth of talents.By building enterprise culture and strengthening ideological guidance,a good talent development environment will be established.In the practice and application of SK machine factory in manufacturing enterprises,it is shown that these innovative measures have achieved positive results,the key bottlenecks of enterprise development have been broken through.It has played an important role in the construction of talents team,created obvious benefits and has a strong promotional significance.
