With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rising proportion of the tertiary industry,China’s civil aviation industry will show a rapid development momentum in the future,and gradually form a more complete air transport network.In 2020,when Tianfu International Airport is completed,Chengdu will become the third "one city,two airports" city in China.According to the relevant planning results,the new airport is about 60 kilometers away from the urban area.In the future,the "one city,two airports" system with the new airport as its core may face the problem of increasing total aviation resources but decreasing accessibility of some aviation resources.Based on the analysis of the impact of accessibility on the "one city,two fields" system,this paper proposes to improve the accessibility of the new airport and indirectly improve the service level of the new airport through the construction of "one city,two fields" direct traffic,and provides guidance for the direct traffic based on behavioral theory.The specific work is as follows:(1)The impact of "one city,two airports" accessibility on travel choice intention of new airports.Firstly,by summarizing and analyzing the formation process of the "one city,two airports" system,this paper analyses that the main characteristics of the "one city,two airports" system are market homogeneity and positioning differentiation.Then,based on the definition of accessibility,the accessibility in this study is defined as "the degree of convenience for travelers to arrive at a new airport from their place of residence in a certain urban traffic system".Based on the definition of accessibility,according to the actual situation of Chengdu,it is proposed that the new airport may affect the traveler’s willingness to choose because of accessibility.On this basis,it is proposed to build "one city,two airports" direct traffic to improve the accessibility of the new airport,and the impact of "one city,two airports" direct traffic on the accessibility of the new airport and the traveler’s willingness to choose is analyzed.(2)Influencing factors of travel choice willingness by direct traffic service.By constructing the integrated model of planned behavior theory and technology acceptance theory,this paper explores the influencing factors of travelers’ willingness to choose direct traffic.Based on the structural equation model,it is verified that personal attitudes,perceived availability and perceived ease of use of direct service are the main factors affecting choice intention,which provides a basis for future research on the impact of direct service mode on travel choice.(3)Analysis of direct traffic choice behavior.Based on the orthogonal design of SP questionnaire,an ICLV(Integrated Choice and Latent Variable)model considering psychological latent variables is constructed according to the results of the survey.Compared with the results of Logit model,the ICLV model considering psychological latent variables has a higher goodness of fit.Based on the elastic analysis method,this paper focuses on the impact of arrival time and direct transportation cost on travelers’ willingness to choose under different types of direct transportation,and provides development suggestions for the construction of high-level "one city,two airports" direct transportation services in Chengdu.
