| With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,the problem of road traffic is increasingly serious.Therefore,the government advocates the priority of public transport and the development of public transport.The city transit system has conveyed a large passenger flow in peak hours,resulting in high load factor.The high load factor and the congestion in peak hours make passengers wait for a long time.While in off-peak hours,the travel demand is small,the service ability of transit lines is being wasted seriously.Therefore,in different periods whether the sevice ability fits the travel demand is of great significance to study,which can help in resource allocation optimization and operation efficiency improvement of the transit lines.This paper aims at studying the service ability of bus routes at different periods.Firstly,on the basis of the analysis of service ability,A PLS path model about the service ability of transit lines is established.The model variables come from the IC data of 100 transit lines in Haidian District.Secondly,according to the analysis of the PLS path model in different periods,the effective factors and their influence values to the service capacity are determined.Data Envelopment Analysis is used to evaluate the service ability of transit lines.The weights of indicators can’t be restricted,and decision making units(DMU)cannot be sorted in C2R Model(Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes Model)when there are more than one effective DMU.Therefore,the constraint matrices of the indicators’ weights from PLS path modeling are combined with the C2WH model(Charnes-Cooper-Wei-Huang Model),and an ideal DMU is set on the basis of the ideal point.Finally,the new DEA model is used to evaluate the service capacity of 26 bus lines in Shangdi Haidian.The advantages and validity of the model are verified. |
