Empirical Research On The Effective Factors Of Unsafe Working Behavior In Infrastructure Project

With rapid the development of China’s the construction industry, safety working is not optimistic. The construction industry in our country belongs to the frequent accidents industry, safety accident rate just after traffic industry and mining industry. Because of frequent construction accidents, the enterprises have heavy economic burden, accident not only increases the construction industry costs, but also reduces the efficiency of operations. Therefore, effective controlling and reducing unsafe behavior not only have become the focus of government departments, but also have become the breakthrough point about improving profitability, efficiency of operation and educing cost.First of all, based on the unsafe behavior of domestic and foreign research, combined with the actual situation of construction industry in our country, this paper discusses unsafe behavior in theory and the mechanism; secondly, this paper analyzes the possible influence factors on the unsafe behavior by the exploratory factor analysis using SPSS software, summarized out the four dimensions of unsafe behavior (knowledge of safety, knowledge of rules, training and effect labor contractor); finally, this paper tests the quality of the unsafe behavior influence factor’s scale by SPSS software and makes an empirical analysis by structural equation model. All told, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that the "knowledge of rules" and "training" have a larger total impact for unsafe behavior;"knowledge of safety" and "labor contractor" have a smaller total impact for unsafe behavior."Knowledge of safety" and "labor contractor" indirectly effect on unsafe behaviors through the "training"; the "knowledge of rules" not only directly effect on the unsafe behaviors and indirectly effect on unsafe behaviors through the "training","training" is an important role in the controlling and reduction of unsafe behavior. According to the overall effect for unsafe behavior, sorts four dimensions by size:the knowledge of rules, training, labor contractor effect, knowledge of safety.
