In order to ensure that the laying quality of high-speed railway tracks can meet the smooth and safe operation of high-speed trains,it is particularly important to control the track smoothness during high-speed railway construction.Traditional orbit fine adjustment methods all standard fastener installation first,then testing and adjustment of the rail,the line settlement,orbit control network factors,such as original data update,all standard fastener fastener installation configuration scheme and track the actual linear often do not match,to adjust when subsequent rail standard fastener material waste is serious,fine adjustment,manpower and time cost is high.Based on the above problems,this paper conducts in-depth research on the measurement technology of ballastless track smoothness,automatic calculation principle of rail simulation adjustment quantity and accurate configuration algorithm of fastener.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all,this paper studies the without a frantic jumble of high speed railway track geometry concept of basic elements and their corresponding irregularity value calculation model,which to contrast rail and height is not a smooth values closely approximate calculation model,calculation and think the approximate calculation formula is simple and clear geometric significance,as the follow-up study track irregularity in the process of automatically adjust quantity simulation calculation values on the basis of calculation.Then,this paper studies the structure and function of the fastener system commonly used in domestic high-speed railway,and expounds the adjustment rules of the given adjustment amount of track plane and elevation by using the relevant structural parts.This paper considers that the minimum adjustment of sub-millimeter fastener system can meet the need of more fine adjustment of track and make the adjusted track line smoothness higher.Secondly,this paper proposes a based on intelligent total station with precision frame without a frantic jumble of track plate comfort measurement techniques and data processing methods,in front of the long rail laying on the track plate test areas support rail station measured individually,by combining with the design of the 3 d data line for line deviation information,these deviation information will as software related calculation in this paper are the basis of the data.Finally,according to the algorithm studied in this paper,C# language is used to develop the calculation software of accurate pre-configuration scheme for precise adjustment fasters of highspeed railway ballastless track,and the software is used to process the measured data of a section of ballastless track.Processing results show that the software can be achieved automatically adjust quantity simulation orbit calculation and USES the specified type fastener fastener predict accurately configuration scheme and fine adjustment material statistics calculation,the calculation results can provide the basis for fine adjustment long rail material purchasing plan,has high computational efficiency,orbit was adjusted by simulating static comfort index can meet the static acceptance standard,It can reduce the waste of fine-tuning material and the amount of fine-tuning operation,so it has certain application value.
