In recent years,the vigorous development of high-speed railway has resulted in a sharply rise in the workload of the maintain of non-ballasted track.As a main target of the work,The allowable physical dimensions of non-ballasted track affect the comfort and safety of the train.The manual fine adjustment of tracks as a vigorous method nowadays,because of high employees’ floating,the quality requirements of adjustment and regime constraint,can difficult to meet the demand in the foreseeable future.According this,a new automatize adjustment is presented to rise efficiency of adjustment,reduce the workload of manual operations during the job time and increase automation of railway construction section.The research group has conducted research on the adjustment about the tracks,and designed a equipment used to adjust which is aimed at WJ-8 fastener.The automatic construction method is put forward samely according to the manual method.The firstly aims of this paper is to the current projects of adjustment.The datas of railway are analysed by some numerical analysis’ methods,and problematic range of railway are confirmed by allowable physical dimension,then the degree of fitting and fair of railway curves are optimized by NSGAⅡ are better than before.Then it’s verified that segmented processing can achieve better effect of adjustment by comparison.other datas are also optimized to prepare subsequent work.Aftering investgating and analyzing the working procedure and process program,combined the feature of automatic adjustment,this paper sorts out the working procedure and process program which fits automatic adjustment by using 5W1H and ECRS.according the above information,the Petri net hierarchical model is established to mapped the dynamic model according some mapping rules.The manual adjustment’s model are samely established to provide comparison between manual adjustment and automatic adjustment.The parameters and logics of automatic dynamic model are set up by refreshing the thought and the before datas.The advantages of automatic adjustment are embodied by comparing the running results of the automatic adjustment’s dynamic model and manual adjustment’s dynamic model.The reliability of automic mainpulators are obtained by analyzing by fault tree and Monte Carlo,which is respect to time.The results of non-maintence are obtained by running the dynamic model,which also respect to time.The actually standard cycle times of automic mainpulators are calculated to judge the situation of the line balance.And then continue the discussion,the mainpulators are considered to repair according to the rules of railway construction section,to discuss the importance of the maintence.According the above information,the paper is proposed to provide the data support of automic adjustment of track.And the results can give the conclusion that automic adjustment can provide the advantages of the adjustment efficiency,which proved the feasibility of automation and provided references for future track’s maintence work.
