Escape door system is an important part of modern metro vehicle equipment system.It is installed at the two ends of the Metro vehicle.It is usually used as the front of the vehicle to isolate the infiltration of external air and rain and snow,and as an emergency evacuation passage for passengers to escape from the metro vehicle in case of fire,power failure and other emergencies.With the increasing attention paid to the safety and service quality of Metro transportation,escape door system has become an indispensable and important part of Metro vehicles.In order to improve the efficiency and the safety of metro transportation,higher requirements are put forward for the structural strength of escape door system itself.In view of the actual project,this paper has carried on the following several aspects to the escape door system research as below.Firstly,according to the technical requirements of the escape door design,the main components of the escape door are designed,selected and analyzed theoretically in this paper.Through the theoretical analysis of material mechanics and the three-dimensional simulation method,the design structure of the main components such as handrail,translation guide rail and air spring is obtained.The design scheme of the structure of the escape door page is confirmed by the verification of the experiment.Secondly,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze and verify the overall strength of the escape door system.Under three different working conditions of escape door,the maximum stress and deformation of FRP,aluminum alloy and stainless steel parts of escape door are calculated to meet the strength requirements of the design.Then,the fatigue life of the key components of the escape door system is confirmed by the simulation analysis of the recycling and opening process of the escape door system,which meets the design requirements.Finally,through the production of prototype and actual operation evaluation,the design scheme is optimized and improved to improve the rationality and reliability of escape door system design.The analysis and calculation work done in this paper will be of great practical value to the design of escape door system,and also have a good reference value to the research of other related door system projects.
