With the rapid development and integration of automobile industry,it is imperative to improve project management level.In traditional automobile projects,design,production and quality departments follow their own rules and participate in the project in a certain order.Planning and design schemes are validated at the stage of small batch trial production.In this stage,there will be deviations between actual production and anticipation,planned results may not be achieved and there will be demand for design changes,parts quality will be not up to standard and there will be need to be improved.Geely Automobile is in the initial stage of the formation of platform,and there are many problems in the collaborative work in the small batch trial production stage.Imperfect information leads to errors and omissions in cooperation departments,non-standard communication channels increase the uncertainty of the project,and the limited professional ability of personnel makes it more difficult to carry out collaborative work.By means of interviews and questionnaires,the author investigated 228 people from Geely Research Institute,Engineering Manufacturing Center,Manufacturing Plant and other project supporting organizations,such as construction company,purchasing company etc.,involved in the batch trial production stage.Questions related to the basic situation of the respondents,dissatisfaction with collaborative work,project planning and new product development process recognition,project personnel distribution,quality control system,collaborative work software support and so on.The survey results show that main problems in the collaborative work in the small batch trial production stage focus on personnel communication,project planning management and project quality management.Therefore,the author makes an analysis of these three problems.This paper combs the cooperative working relationship among design planning,production and quality departments in the small batch trial production stage,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the relationship.A more perfect collaboration system is constructed,which provides a basis for the construction of production data collaboration platform.In the aspect of car-manufacturing plan management,the article advocates that the plan formulation should be driven by demand,find out the key path,optimizing the internal links of key nodes,and carrying out periodic review activities of plans.As to project quality management,it is suggested that the current quality standards should be turn into Geely grouped and hierarchical standards;the quality department should be turn into the management of the quality department of Geely group,to make the quality evaluation fairer and more reasonable;in order to improve the professional quality of quality personnel,the paper demonstrates the establishment of a perceptual quality database.Based on collaboration theory,this paper describes the construction process of Geely measurement data management platform for the first time: database partition,original data type definition,process establishment,persona definition,task assignment,input and output template setting,alarm trigger setting.The focus of the construction process is also introduced.In dealing with production information,this paper introduces the system entropy theory and calculates the structure entropy of production system in welding workshop.It provides guidance for collaborative system evaluation.
