Research On Management Imorvement Of Process Ability Of F Engine Batch Production Project

With the progress of Chinese army aviation technical requirements,some of Chinese aviation engine production technology can not be satisfied with the demand of Chinese army.As an important engine production enterprise,Dongan engine company undertakes the mission of Chinese vital aviation engine production and supply.And F engine batch production project is also a very important mission.During the F engine batch production,the management of process ability plays an important role and attracts the attention of a lot of managers.And because of the problems of short time,high difficult technical,heavy mission,the F engine batch production project meets many large challenges.Thus,to finish the mission on time,this paper researches and analyses the management of process ability of F engine batch production project.This paper combines the complex system theory and evolutionary theory,chooses the research method of literature review,the method of factor analysis.First of all,this paper researches the influence factors including the human resource,key technical,money and management pattern.Secondly,after introducing the status of process ability of F engine batch production project,this paper proposes the main problems,such as less efficiency of batch production project process flow,old process equipment of batch production project and low ability of supplier production.And this paper also analyses the reasons of these problems.Thirdly,this paper designs the plan of management improvement of process ability of F engine batch production project.These plans include improving the process flow,improving the process equipment and improving the supplier production ability.At last,this paper proposes some supporting measures on the improvement of management of process ability of F engine batch production project.These measures include establishing the information management system on the batch production project,perfecting the investment on the process ability management of batch production project,promoting the quality of management human resource.
