At the present stage,new energy vehicle is developing rapidly.Motor control system,as the core part of it,has gradually become the focus of research at home and abroad about how to ensure the function security on the premise of realizing the automobile power output.In 2011,International Organization for standardization issued the ISO 26262 standard for automotive electronic and electrical systems,which provided guidance and requirements for the development of automotive electronic and electrical products.This paper studies how to design motor control system that is in line with the functional safety standard reference to ISO 26262,and proposes a test method called hardware in the loop simulation.First of all,this paper studies the contents and requirements of each stage in the ISO 26262 standard,and expounds the safety life cycle and automobile safety integrity level.According to the requirements of the concept stage,it carries out the hazard analysis and risk assessment for motor control system,and obtains automobile safety integrity level,and determines the functional safety goal and the functional safety requirements.Then,the system analysis is carried out on motor control system with the guidance of the functional safety goal and the functional safety requirements,the system architecture is designed,and the hardware function safety target are determined.This paper studies and designs hardware architecture and software architecture.At the hardware level,it completes the hardware circuit design based on MPC 5744 P,including microcontroller unit circuit,power supply circuit and pre-drive circuit.And then,the fault tree modeling of motor control system is carried out with fault tree analysis software Isograph.At the software level,the software architecture and the safety state are designed based on the idea of layering and modularization.Hardware in the loop simulation test system uses a real-time processor to simulate the running state of the controlled object,and help developer test and verify the security of motor control system.In this paper,driver model,vehicle driving dynamics model,vehicle control unit model,battery management system,battery model,motor model and resolver model are built on the basis of Simulink and LabVIEW.And host computer software and test platform are built based on NI's LabVIEW and hardware.In order to verify the design of motor control system conforms to the functional safety goal and the functional safety requirements,this paper carries out the basic function test and the function safety test.The results show that the safety mechanism of motor control system meets the functional safety requirements.
