As the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems become more and more serious,the electric vehicles have received more and more attention.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with its small volume,high efficiency,high power density and many other advantages has been widely used in the field of electric vehicles.T he researches on permanent magnet synchronous motor controller have become the current research hotspot.This paper tak es the permanent magnet synchronous motor controller used for a self-owned brand pure electric vehicle as research object,and the following aspects of the research work are carried out.Firstly,this paper describes the V-shaped controller development pro cess and the research status of hardware-in-the-loop simulation test technology,then introduces the d SPACE hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform and the automatic test technology in detail.Secondly,combined with the software and hardware functions o f hardware-in-the-loop device,the d SPACE hardware-in-the-loop system for the permanent magnet synchronous motor controller is built.In the process of modeling,the “CPU+FPGA” architecture is used to effectively ensure the transient characteristics of the motor model simulation.Thirdly,the motor model of hardware-in-the-loop system is optimized.T he physical motor inductance parameter and loss resistance under a variety of conditions are obtained through motor bench test.According to the test data,the variable inductance parameter real-time query module and loss estimation module are added to the base motor model,thus the established motor model performance is closer to the physical motor,which can provide support for the hardware-in-the-loop test.Fourthly,the secondary development of ECU-T EST software is conducted by Python.An automatic test system is built and used for the motor controller hardware-in-the-loop automatic test.Based on it,the following functions can be achieved: get test information from test cases automatically,follow the established test steps to conduct hardware-in-the-loop test automatically,and write test results to the test case table automatically.T he automatic test software based on secondary development improves the test efficiency greatly and shortens the product development cycle.Lastly,compared hardware-in-the-loop simulation results with motor bench test results,and compared automatic test results with manual test results,it shows that the established hardware-in-the-loop system is accurate and the automatic test system is efficient.In this paper,the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor controller is studied.T he established d SPACE hardware-in-the-l oop system and automatic test system based on secondary development have been verified in enterprise production,which has definite value to engineering application.
