With the acceleration of economic development and urbanization in China the data of private car ownership and traffic flow are increasing rapidly.With the rapid growth of vehicle ownership,traffic congestion is aggravated or even traffic paralysis during the rush hour It puts forward higher requirements for urban traffic management,and the efficiency of traffic management needs to be improved to a greater extent In order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents,control traffic violations,avoid traffic congestion and maximize the effectiveness of trafic infrastructure,many cities have started the construction of urban traffic integrated management and control system.Although a large number of public security jacks,red lightts and traffic monitoring infrastructure have been built,the application of traffic data still remains at the level of trafic violations and fines,basic queries and statistics,and lacks of in-depth mining and efficient utilization of trafic data.In view of the urgency and necessity of the construction of urban traffic integrated management and control system,this paper will establish an integrated platform of urban traffic integrated management and control system through overall design.Through the stable operation of this system,the work efficiency and service quality of traffic order managers will be greatly improved.First,traffic order managers can be better promoted.The service level of the police should promote the standardization of illegal management and the digital service of traffic guidance,improve the satisfaction of traffic participants,and create innovative service of trafic digitalization with characteristics.The second is to formulate the purpose,policy and goal of the design of urban traffic integrated management and control system through top-level planning,special norms and engineering design.In terms of planning content,we should pay attention to the interconnection and integration of information system,data resources,infrastructure and other related platforms and application systems.Thirdly,we should build a traffic data processing model and analyze the potential rules of data mining,which can efectively improve work efficiency and expand business applications.Urban trafic management provides scientific and reasonable decision support and sufficient data support.At present,the urban traffic electronic police and entrance system have been built,but the research on intelligent analysis and judgment of traffic data is still relatively scarce.It is hoped that the development of the urban traffic integrated management and control system can promote the informatization construction of urban traffic order management and business application system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of the research are elaborated,the research status and technological development of urban traffic integrated management and control system at home and abroad are summarized,the organizational framework of the paper is designed,the common working models of urban traffic integrated management and control system in daily work are analyzed,and the concrete essentials of the platform construction are put forward.Ask.Secondly,the system is divided into three layers:model,view and controller.The technology adopts ASPNET technology;B/S software development tool chooses Visual Studio 2017 development tool;uses Web Service cross-platform communication technology to develop system interface;designs platform database and expounds the content of database construction.The demand of urban traffic integrated management and control system platform based on PGIS platform is analyzed,including data access of various front-end capturing equipment,data query and statistics,illegal management,command and dispatch,analysis and evaluation,electronic map,etc.The non-functional demand of the platform,technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the system are analyzed.Then,according to the requirement analysis,the platform is designed and implemented in detail,and the related data tables are designed,with emphasis on the class diagram and sequence diagram of each functional module of the system.Finally,the function and performance test,system application and implementation effect ofthe platform are discussed.Urban traffic integrated management and control system can standardize various traffic management business processes and traffic data,support illegal traffic snapshots,traffic record snapshots at major traffic intersections,interval speed measurement,traffic flow information acquisition and access of a variety of front-end equipment,to achieve illegal traffic,card access,traffic flow information collection,transmission,storage and processing.Users are punished for vehicle violations on a unified and intuitive management platform,vehicle trajectory analysis,analysis of urban road traffic conditions,release real-time road information,and conduct traffic guidance for drivers.Through the construction of urban trafic integrated management and control system,the traffic management of various business processes faster,information query and statistical analysis more accurate,the relevant leadership of the traffic management department can timely grasp the urban traffic situation,to provide intelligent decision-making assistance for traffic order management.Subsequently,advanced deep learning algorithm,GPU high-performance computing,big data and data mining technologies will be studied.Secondary recognition of car-passing pictures at the entrance will be structured to identify the appearance characteristics of vehicles,and the key information of mass vehicle pictures will be deeply excavated.This will provide data basis for the application analysis of traffic and public security services,and promote the development of traffic information construction to intelligent.
