The Design Research Of Trafic Transfer Space In Super High-rise Complex Project

With the process of urbanization in China and the growing capacity of the central city,on one hand,the vertical space development led to the normalization of the super‐high‐level complex construction normalization,on the other hand,the horizontal space development led to the maturation of the TOD planning model.The connection space between the vertical super‐high‐level complex and the horizonal urban transport system is this research topics "Trafic transfer space in super high‐rise complex project".Consider with behavioral characteristics in it,trafic transfer space is divided into three categories: car space,pedestrian space and mixed space.The construction of super high‐rise complex is still in a stage of rapid development.It’s widely concerned of the living environment and psychological problems of the numerous users who are living in these super high‐rise complex.The trafic transfer space is not only the space that the users walked through in commuting time,but also the space that they can access conveniently In leisure time.How to design to improve the environment of these spaces is the problem to be solved in this thesis.This thesis is divided into seven chapters:In the first chapter and the second chapter,the background of the research,purpose and meaning,content and definition are elaborated.The related domestic and abroad researchs are analyzed.The title and related concepts are interpretated.In the third chapter to the fifth chapter,three connection spaces(car space,pedestrian space and mixed space)are analyzed in three levels : ground,underground and elevated,and in three elements point elements(interface),line elements(path)and surface elements(squares,regions).The analizations are focusing on the connection between those elements and the corresponding system of urban transportIn the sixth chapter mainly summarized the principles and strategies of the design in the super high‐rise traffic connection space.The three design principles respectively are Harmony principle,Patency principle and Comfort principle.All strategies are for the corresponding principlesIn the seventh chapter,the author’s architectural practices in the super high‐rise complex are analyzed and return‐visited to review and verificate the above principles and strategies.
