Design Of Physical Characteristic Testing System For Electrical Interface Of A Computer

With the development of science and technology,the categories of the aircraft developed in China gradually increase,involving a wide range of fields.In order to ensure its safe and accurate flight,the control system plays a key role.A computer is a computer composed of basic components,integrated circuits,modules and components designed for acquisition control or calculation management on the aircraft.It integrates information collection,fusion,filtering and control,and its performance test is an important step to be completed in the development process.It comprehensively and completely tests the performance of various aspects of a computer,the key is to test the physical characteristics of interfaces.At present,our physical properties test of computer interface can only be tested one by one by manual,but there are a number of problems with testing process.For computer interface signal is less,can be test one by one.But for the complex interface,input and output signals in a wide range of computer,because many signals are not testing,test coverage declined,lead to computer safety cannot be guaranteed,there will be unable to forecast results.The purpose of this article is to design a test system for the physical characteristics of a computer interface.The test system can test the performance of different types of computer interface.It has the characteristics of high test accuracy,many test interfaces and strong practicability.The functions of the test system are described in detail,the practicability of the test system is analyzed,and the test system is given.To achieve the goal,the structure design,hardware design and software design of the test system have been completed,and the test system has been tested and verified reliably through hardware and software testing.The main contributions of the study are as follows: 1)The design of automatic switching scheme for information acquisition channel is proposed,which can test hundreds of interface signals of a computer automatically.2)Acquisition and observation the temperature and humidity in a computer.3)This test system can test many series of computers.4)The system completed in the paper can improve test efficiency,reduce cost and improve test coverage.
