The spread of the computer make the development of the automatic testing system more quick in the near future. At the same time, the developing electronic technology made the testing precision more higher, promoted the development of the automatic testing system. So we began to research on the automatic testing system.This research task used industrial controlling computer as the hardcore of the automatic testing system, and the other electrical parameters testing instrument were used as the subordinative equipment of the automatic testing system. This paper introduced a type of computer testing system of three-phase asynchronous motor and its general designing idea. Designing computer automatic testing system's hardware frame. At the same time, developing the software of computer automatic testing system. Using VB6.0 and VC6.0 to develop the system's working platform and software, through COM technique, combining Access database and Excel digital table etc applied software to develop the printing system of data management, inquiring ,forms for reporting statistics and graph curved line. The whole testing system is composed of three parts: server, client and execute part. The server part is made up of location, calculation, analysis parts. The hardware is executing part, and it take charge of controlling, judging.This paper presents the whole testing item of the testing system. The industrial computer can draw the curve automatically by using MATLAB, and we can get the whole result report forms in the end. The testing system improved the testing precision, reduced the infection of the testing people, realized the auto computer control. On the other hand, the testing system can realize the auto manage to the testing data, draw characteristic curve automatically. Through the curving line of working characters analyzing the three-phase asynchronous electrical motor's functions and qualities. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, satisfied accuracy and higher reliability.
