As an important power element of hydraulic systems,the hydraulic piston pump directly affects the working ability and reliability of hydraulic systems.Therefore,predicting the life of a hydraulic piston pump accurately is of great significance for improving its reliability.The working life of a hydraulic piston pump is largely determined by pollution wear.However,the formula of pollution wear life of hydraulic piston pumps needs to be determined by experiments at present.The test of pollution sensitivity coefficient of hydraulic plunger pumps cost a lot of manpower and material resources.In view of the above problems,the mathematical model of the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump is put forward in this paper,and the test results of the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump are obtained by setting up the test bench for the pollution wear of the hydraulic piston pump,and the parameters of the mathematical model of the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump are determined.The results of this study determine the calculation parameters for the life prediction of the wear of the hydraulic piston pump in the future,and provide an effective and convenient calculation formula.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzing the influencing factors of the pollution wear of the hydraulic piston pump.First of all,the main reasons for the failure of the hydraulic piston pump are determined,and then the factors affecting the wear life of the hydraulic piston pump are put forward.Finally,according to the data analysis method of Light GBM and association rules,the weight of each influence factor is analyzed after obtaining the test data.(2)Establishing the mathematical model of the life of the plunger pump.First,based on the theory of pollution sensitivity of hydraulic piston pump,the importance of the sensitivity coefficient of hydraulic plunger pump to the calculation of fouling wear life of hydraulic piston pump is clarified.Then the mathematical model of volumetric efficiency of hydraulic piston pump is derived,combined with nonlinear regression theory.Finally,establishing the mathematical model of pollution wear life of hydraulic piston pump.(3)Designing and building a test bench for the wear life of hydraulic piston pump.First,according to the basic knowledge of hydraulic transmission and combined with the theory of pollution sensitivity,the test rig of pollution wear life of hydraulic piston pump is developed in cooperation with other members of the project team.Then,the hydraulic components are selected to install and debug the test bench for the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump.Finally,the volumetric efficiency study of the hydraulic piston pump without pollution is carried out at different temperatures and pressures.The volumetric efficiency of the model hydraulic piston pump has verified the correctness of the mathematical model of the volume efficiency of the hydraulic piston pump and the rationality of the test bench.(4)Realizing the verification of the mathematical model of the life of the hydraulic piston pump based on the pollution wear test.First,a certain type of hydraulic piston pump is selected as an example.According to the test scheme of the pollution and wear of the hydraulic piston pump,the output flow of the hydraulic piston pump under different test conditions is collected,and the pollution sensitivity coefficient of the hydraulic piston pump is calculated based on the test data.Then,based on the pollution sensitivity theory and nonlinear regression analysis,the relevant parameters are fitted to obtain the hydraulic piston pump.The pollution wear life formula is used to calculate the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump.Meanwhile,the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump is obtained through tests.Compared with the theoretical and experimental results,it is proved that the mathematical model of the pollution wear life of the hydraulic piston pump is correct,and the Weibull distribution is used to carry out the reliability analysis of the life of the piston pump.
