In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing material living standards of the people, health has received more and more attention. The number of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ranks first in the world, endangering people's health.Because these diseases are mostly caused by heart organ decline or disease, they are generally incurab le,and early prevention has become the main means of fighting such diseases.Electrocardiogram has important medical reference value for detecting various arrhythmia, ventricular atrial disease, myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia.Medically, the ECG signal can obtain abundant physiological information of the human body by detecting the body surface potential. Therefore, this paper designs a 12-lead ecg ECG monitoring system that combines human physiological data acquisition equipment with a cloud p latform with multiple remote services. In this system, the intelligent hardware device is responsible for the collection and processing of the human ecg signal, and then transmits the relevant ecg signal data to the cloud platform through the low-power Bluetooth communication technology, which has certain effects on screening, prevention and diagnosis of various heart diseases.Practical significance.First of all, this paper introduces the basic characteristics of EC G signals, the lead theory of ECG and the mechanism of ECG waveform generation.Secondly, the design of this paper is based on the acquisition of the 32-bit domestic mcu based on mips architecture developed by Peking University Shanghai Institute of Microelectronics. The analog signal front-end acquisition adopts the differential 4-channel digital control analog strobe switch cd4052 combination design;using adc124s21 mode The digital conversion chip completes the acquisition of the analog and digital converted ECG signal data, and performs corresponding data processing through the mcu.The twelve-lead gating method designed by this system is suitable for the collection, control and processing of EC G signals. The analog acquisition circuit filters and amplifies the ECG signal;the analog-to-digital conversion circuit digitizes the collected analog signal;and the Bluetooth transmission circuit transmits the collected ECG signal data to the mobile terminal or the cloud through Bluetooth; There are also additional circuits such as battery charging and power protection circuits to enable the circuit to be portable for long-term monitoring to optimize the user experience.Thirdly, according to the existing problem that the ECG detection equipment is too large, expensive, and inconvenient to carry,a portable ecg acquisition system is designed.Compared with the traditional wired acquisition method,it is worth mentioning that this paper designs a basis based on The wireless electrode module collects the ecg signal. At the same time, combined with the functions required for the cloud platform to send and receive data, the esp32 module is used as the data transmission interface of the cloud platform, and the embedded software development is carried out for the mcu,the bluetooth chip and the wireless electrode transmission module. Finally, according to the national requirements for EC G monitoring devices, the accuracy of the measurement of the 12-lead ECG monitoring system was verified, and compared with the ECG waveforms collected by the existing 12-lead ECG monitoring device in traditional hospitals. The twelve-lead ecg signal acquisition system designed in this paper is small in size, easy to carry, high in reliability, low in cost, and good in safety. It fully demonstrates that the system satisfies the expected design requirements well and has great application and Promote value.
