A special marine environment can easily cause seafarers to suffer from chronic diseases such as high blood pressure.The electrocardiographic system is an important measure of fatigue driving and it is also an effective method for detecting cardiovascular diseases caused by hypertension.Therefore,this paper studies and designs a real-time and effective portable device for detecting ECG signals,which is more convenient for seafarers to monitor ECG changes during navigation.This paper proposes a portable electrocardiogram system design and implementation scheme by studying the characteristics of ECG signal,the conditioning circuit for acquisition and processing and the existing ECG monitoring equipment.Firstly,this paper based on the production of ECG and interference factors,the AD8232 integrated chip is used to build the ECG acquisition front end of the peripheral amplification and filtering circuit.At the same time,the chest lead extraction method of the AgCl medical electrode is used to effectively reduce the interference of the ECG signal to obtain more stable ECG signal.Secondly,select the STM32F103C8T6 chip with 12-bit A/D built-in as the main controller to digitize the ECG front-end output signal and transfer the data to the low-power Bluetooth DA14580 module.Finally,it is uploaded to the mobile phone terminal through the low-power Bluetooth wireless transmission mode to achieve the visualization effect of the ECG waveform.In order to verify whether the system meets the requirements of the design function,this paper carries out the experimental test and result analysis of the electrocardiogram system.By testing the waveform diagram output by the ECG acquisition front-end,the power consumption of each module,and the stability of the wireless connection,the connection range of the wireless module is not allowed to exceed 8 meters.The handset terminal can observe the ECG waveform in real time.The result analysis verifies that the portable electrocardiogram system described in this paper is feasible and has certain significance and practical application value.
