The capture and storage system of airborne audio and video is the special equipment used to record the scenes and voice inside and outside the aircraft cabin.The upper computer software can manage the data and replay the scenes and voice synchronically.It has become an essential facility of avionic set on aircraft.The capture and storage system of Multi-Channel audio and video consist of information unit and data storage unit.The former is responsible for data capturing,coding,transferring,and the like.The later is used to store and manage the big data.With the enhancement of data recording quality,high graphic and sampling rate will become a trend.Because of the huge amount of data,especial video data,it challenges the capacity of CPU and data storage.Fortunately,the development of electronic technique and the video coding algorithm can cope with this problem.Additionally,using data display technology,people can see the real scene of flight deck.IT provides proof for accident investigation,fault analysis and daily training.So,it is significant to do research on video and audio capture and storage system.Given that audio and video record and loopback is highly mission-oriented,the report proposes a set of complete system schemes.First of all,this paper introduces several key problems in this system,such as research status of processors,coder/decoder algorithms,data synchronization and the like.Meanwhile,the more appropriate processor and higher efficient coder/decoder algorithm are chosen by comparing their quality.The paper designs the architecture and list the function and performance of the audio and video capture and storage system.Then,the system is divided into two parts which includeinformation capture unit and data storage unit.This paper describes the software and hardware design method in detail and some key point is researched thoroughly.Using DSP chip of TI company as the capture unit core,the signal is captured,coded and transferred.In order to accept,store and manage the big data,the approach adopts X86 architecture chip as unit core and SATA disk as memory space.Finally,the experiments demonstrate that the proposed scheme can realize the signal capture and storage effectively.
