With the increasingly fierce market competition,the competition among enterprises has expanded from the traditional resources of capital,technology and other aspects to the field of human resource management.As an important component of human resource management,training is getting more and more attention.For nuclear power companies in the country under the background of vigorously promote clean energy development,China's nuclear power once again usher in a new development opportunity,at the same time,nuclear power,human resources,especially high-skilled talent resources is facing serious challenges,how to satisfy the requirements on the quantity and quality of skilled personnel amplification,give full play to their important role in enterprise development,has become a nuclear power enterprises and related industries on issues of common concern.As an important way to cultivate talents,training is a necessary way for every nuclear power talent.As an indispensable part of the whole training process,training effect evaluation plays a vital role in the development of training.However,practical experience shows that the evaluation of training effect lags behind other training work.The lack of assessment tools and the lack of emphasis on the assessment work are the reasons.Enterprise managers and investors need to understand the transformation and even direct economic benefits brought by the training work.Employees also need to check their learning results to improve their enthusiasm for subsequent training.In the above context,this paper first studies staff training and training effect evaluation from two perspectives at home and abroad to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on the training effect of nuclear power enterprise talents.Then,this paper selects a kind of personnel in nuclear power enterprises whose skill level directly affects the economic benefit and safe operation of the enterprise as the research object,defines their scope and introduces the training mode.On this basis,the main problems in the training of key technical personnel of S nuclear power plant were investigated through questionnaires and the causes were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the investigation results and the application of the general training methods in the nuclear power industry in S nuclear power,the evaluation index system for the training effect of key technical personnel was established,and the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,this paper uses the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make an empirical analysis of S Nuclear Power Company operator simulator training project,to test the effectiveness of the training,and to analyze the final evaluation results.Through the empirical test,this paper finds that,in general,the training of S nuclear power company operating personnel simulator is successful,which has been recognized and accepted by students,and the training plays an important role in improving the ability of students.However,there are some deficiencies in training demand analysis,training course design,training assessment standard setting and timely application of skills after training.Training is not only the work of the training department,each department of the company has the responsibility to undertake the training of employees.Aiming at the above problems,based on the cultural atmosphere,rewards and punishment mechanism,feedback mechanism,puts forward the management resources to ensure training effectiveness evaluation system safeguard measures and countermeasures,for normal operation of the key technical personnel on a S nuclear power really set up a strong operability,effective operation training effect evaluation system,to provide follow-up personnel training.
