| With the continuous increase of the capacity of marine power system,medium voltage power system with higher voltage and lower current has become an optimal choice.The ship’s medium voltage power station provides power for the ship’s electrical equipment.Once the power station breaks down,it will impact the safety of navigation and threaten the live of the crew.So it is necessary to carry out monitoring and fault protection for ship medium voltage power station.Aiming at the problem that the displaying information is not intuitive and the monitoring equipment is dispersed,and considering the intellectuality and integration of fault protection,a monitoring unit of ship medium voltage power station with the functions of monitoring and alarming,fault protection and power automatic management is designed based on the model of "Atlantic" ship medium voltage station.Firstly,a monitoring system of energy management and electric energy automatic distribution for ship medium voltage power station is designed.The load of the whole ship under different navigation conditions is calculated by ship electrical three-class load computing method.According to the calculated results,the power management system under different working conditions and loads is designed.Secondly,the monitoring system of medium voltage power station is designed and implemented.According to the features of medium voltage power station,the functions of unit fault monitoring,alarming and processing are developed,such as alarm processing of generator leak detector and short circuit fault information monitoring,which can achieve the monitoring and protection of the special functions of medium voltage power station and display the fault with parameter information more intuitively.Thirdly,the hardware of monitoring unit including main board and data acquisition board is designed,and the program is developed.The main board is used for condition monitoring,power distribution management and protection of power station.The data acquisition board is mainly used for collecting parameters of generator and medium voltage bus.Finally,according to the experimental data and parameters of various working conditions on board,the monitoring unit is tested,including short circuit and power loss test of power grid.Alarm processing experiment of leak detector,treatment experiments,maintenance of safety and protection tests are carried out.Parameters display,the fault alarm,power plant protection functions of the monitoring unit are tested for various conditions,respectively.The functions of the monitoring unit of the ship’s medium voltage power station can be verified by the results of actual test,including parameter acquisition,fault monitoring and protection,dynamic and visual display of alarm information.The monitoring unit also has the following characteristics:sensitive response,stable operation,visual and concise information display.Comparing with the existing monitoring equipment of the power station,it has better interaction,more humanization,easier to operate,clear structure of monitoring unit,convenient equipment maintenance and available upgrade in the future.The designed monitoring unit of ship medium voltage power station has certain reference significance for the further development of monitoring equipment of ship power station. |
