| Unmanned ships are the main development direction of future ships,which have a large and complex system that requires a high degree of automation of each marine equipment.Considering the trend of unmanned ships and meet the latest requirement of modern automated Ships,designing a control system of anchor and mooring winch with high degree of automation,and verification is carried out in simulation platform that based on PLC and MATLAB technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows,Designing the wireless control function for the anchor and mooring winch,the wireless control function using Siemens industrial ethernet technology,which has high transmission rate,convenient networking and reliable communication.Wireless communication device uses the reliable Siemens equipment,and wireless communication protocol is IEE 802.11b/g in 2.4 GHz band and IEE 802.11a in 5 GHz band.The function of receiving and releasing anchor and cable with constant tension and speed is designed.At the same time,the function of receiving and releasing the specified length of anchor and cable is designed,which improves the automation degree of anchor and mooring winch,and makes the operation easier and safer under different mooring conditions.The force of the anchor chain is complicated and variable under different working conditions,which seriously affects the stability of the constant speed of receiving and releasing anchor,to solve this problem,a fuzzy PID controller is designed and verified on the simulation platform.The Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as control system hardware,the programming software is TIA Portal V13,the simulation control software is MATLAB r2014a,The communication mode between MATLAB and PLC is OPC.The simulation test shows that the designed control system has achieved the design effect,and the research results have certain application value. |
