With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the performance requirements of weapons and equipment,it has become an inevitable trend for the vehicle-servo system to develop along the direction of digitization,intelligence and informationization,which means technical complexity in the development of the servo system.The cost and the maintenance difficulty in the later period will increase.Therefore,the high-efficiency semi-physical simulation technology is widely used in the development and performance testing of the vehicle-servo system.At the same time,the emergence of digital signal processors and new hardware platforms has greatly promoted the development of semi-physical simulation technology in the direction of integration and intelligence.The specific research work and its results are as follows:1)According to the semi-physical simulation rapid control prototype and the functional index requirements of the vehicle-servo system simulation platform,the design of the system scheme is completed,that is,the combination of the system monitor and the data analysis device is used to realize the simulation of the servo controller.The system monitor is responsible for real-time data transmission and reception,and the data analysis device completes the generation and display of test data.2)Research and design of on-board servo system control algorithm.Aiming at the performance requirements of vehicle-servo system,a servo control algorithm based on partition PID and feedforward compensation algorithm is designed.The algorithm has better dynamic tracking and tracking accuracy.3)Hardware design of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.The system monitor is based on the PC104 embedded computer,and combines the functions required by the device to complete the hardware construction of the device.The hardware module mainly includes: data acquisition module,CAN bus communication module,GPS module and synchronization signal receiving module.And the data analysis device can be directly used by a portable computer.4)Design of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system software.For the system monitor,the operating system architecture of Windows+RTX is adopted,which is implemented by VS 2010 compiler environment and C++ language.The design idea adopts both modularization and signal and slot mechanism.The data analysis device designs three conventional ones according to functional requirements.Test signal(step,constant velocity,sinusoidal signal),and design the test data and the transmission and reception process of the state data of the servo system,as well as the calculation method of the test signal index parameters and the data display analysis function,in order to be closer to the tooling test.Need,the programming language uses Labview.5)Based on the overall design of the semi-physical simulation system and related software and hardware design,this paper designs a semi-physical simulation process,and uses the vehicle-servo system as the actual simulation object to conduct experiments.The final test shows that the system meets special requirements.The requirements for vehicle development and testing have a good application prospect.
