There are reliable,non-destructive,repeatable,safe,economic,and not subject to climatic conditions and space,space constraints of Simulation technology,it is widely used in various fields.Tracking servo system simulation as an important means of development,can reduce cost and shorten the development cycle,improve the system development level and quality.Semi-physical simulation of the actual situation because it is combined with real-time simulation system,which has closer to practical,after the completion of the design verification of the actual semi-physical simulation will be more realistic results.Using real-time communication simulation model based on the results to modify the parameters to complete the desired results to be achieved,and real-time observation in the PC machine running the results,so the servo control loop simulation study of the system will be increasingly The more widely used.In the theoretical analysis based on the tracking servo system,the first servo control system of classical analysis,on this basis,the tracking servo control system,for example,on all aspects of modeling.Then as a platform for PC-DSP interface between MATLAB and configure the hardware to complete MATLAB and DSP communications.The tracking servo control system as an example,the system’s overall hardware design.Paper uses pulse width modulation method to achieve the regulation of motor armature end,the DSP PWM wave power not given high-power motor drive,so need to go through the power amplifier circuit.Finally part of the DSP-based servo system loop simulation platform for modeling,the step input signal the output of the system,and in the host computer in the SIMULINK model into C language recognized DSP,and ultimately the semi-physical simulation platform.
