Shortening the duration of various outages is the actual pursuit of most power grid enterprises.Because the integration between distribution network dispatching control and distribution network emergency repair command is just basically completed,and the data information of several relevant systems is isolated,there are still some problems in distribution network emergency repair,the command of distribution network emergency repair has a single lag in obtaining fault information,a long average fault analysis time,no effective means to deal with a large number of work orders under multiple faults,and the distribution network construction lacks scientific guidance based on the experience of distribution network emergency repair.Overall,the efficiency of distribution network fault disposal is low Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the emergency repair of distribution network with the help of the power supply service command system which integrates the emergency repair service of distribution network with the regulation service of distribution network to realize the multi-source information fusion,and to study the relevant optimization functions and apply them to the current system and work mode.This paper mainly studies and discusses the optimization of distribution network emergency repair command business as a whole,and analyzes domestic and foreign research situation and current business problems of distribution network emergency repair business,and several approaches are made.First,the multi-source information fusion model of distribution network emergency repair is constructed,and the source of fault information is enriched.Second,the linkage model of distribution network emergency repair service based on switch trip is built,and the response phase of emergency repair command is advanced.Third,the hierarchical fault analysis strategy and power outage switch information database are presented,and can be used in area partially covered by distribution automation,while the redundant information is filtered.Fourth,the classification and evaluation of work orders based on hierarchical strategy,and the priority identification and ranking of work orders based on risk assessment are given,the backfill quantity of work order is reduced and the processing time is optimized in the case of multiple faults.Finally,an example is given,and it shows that the method presented in this paper is feasible and effective.
