| The study object in this article is a large tanker auxiliary boiler. The primary function of the auxiliary boiler is to produce steam which will heat cargo oil,lubricating oil and drive deck machinery and provide crew domestic water. Its evaporation is large and the vapor pressure is very high and its features close to the main boiler. The normal operation of the auxiliary boilers directly influence the safe navigation of ships. So it is necessary to control the auxiliary to normal operation and it is very significant to study automatic control of the auxiliary boilers.The subject in this article is automatic control of the large tanker auxiliary boiler, the subject includes automatic control of water level,automatic control of combustion (steam pressure),automatic control of boiler ignition and combustion timing control. In order to achieve the desired control effect, achieve good real-time, this paper use TMS320F2812 chip as the master control chip. This system chooses steam pressure sensor and water sensor to measure input signal. DSP system process the input signal to produce control signal. The signal controls fuels valve and throttle and water valve to control steam pressure and water level. This paper mostly introduces present situation of marine boiler control system at home and abroad describes the function of the boiler automatic control system, introduces marine boiler automatic control system components and working principle, establishes mathematical model of the system, explicitly describe the hardware and software design of marine boiler automatic control system based on DSP. In terms of power, the system uses the power chip TPS767D301 which is produced by TI company. The chip can generate two voltage which supply power to IO port and kernel respectively. This system uses light-electricity isolation technology to eliminate hardware interference.The speed of TMS320F2812 can reach 150 MIPS. This chip can rapidly process signal. The control system which is designed in this article is able to quickly adjust the running situation of boiler and ensure the boiler safety. |
