| With China’s economic and social development from high-speed stage to high-quality stage,supply side structural reform,state-owned enterprise reform and power system reform in-depth progress,the growth of electricity continues to slow down,China Southern Power Grid Corporation is facing new challenges.In order to develop steadily in the process of reform,power grid companies must improve quality and efficiency,and carry out transformation and upgrading.In order to eliminate waste,produce higher value and adapt to the new development situation,China Southern Power Grid ultra-high transmission company has carried out lean management in the reform process.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this paper studies the lean management of China Southern Power Grid ultra-high voltage transmission company,analyzes the lean management work of the company,such as building lean management system,carrying out comprehensive benchmarking management,and implementing lean projects,and puts forward solutions to the problems existing in the lean management of the company,helps the enterprise to find out the root of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding measures Pass the suggestion.Through the research and analysis,it is considered that the implementation of lean management in China Southern Power Grid EHV transmission company has played a certain role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency,and promoting high-quality development.In the process of lean management,there are also some deficiencies,mainly reflected in the poor implementation of lean concept publicity,poor integration of lean improvement and safety production business,the quality of lean results to be improved,incentive mechanism to be improved,etc.Suggestions for improvement include in-depth publicity,formation of closed-loop control,improvement of assessment mechanism and provision of basic guarantee. |
