In recent years,China’s enterprises have made considerable progress in risk management.However,with the sustained development of national economy and the sustained prosperity of economic construction,China’s enterprise risk management is increasingly showing its weakness.Therefore,China’s enterprise risk management is even more critical.Risk management has always been a must in the course of the operation and development of a company,and even something that every job needs to involve.It has risk management thinking and flexible use of risk management methods to engage in research and development management of projects.The risk management of R&D projects should not only have a process of onlookers ’thinking,but also have an overall macro thinking and divergent expansion thinking,not only to quantify the project risk management and build a system within the project.It is necessary for enterprises to consider the factors that influence the relationship between R&D projects and external relationships,and to establish a macro-micro-integrated project risk management model.Company A is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large auto company.The company decided to invest in R&D to convert industrial waste during and after the production of automobiles into construction engineering materials,but in terms of progress,Due to the fact that many uncertainties and risks brought about by this project were not fully foreseen in the course of the project,the R&D situation was not satisfactory,and the R&D of many intermediate links and key equipment did not meet the expected goals.This has caused a waste of resources and further delayed the company’s development.Through the combination of theory exploration and practice,this paper integrates risk management into the research and development of the project,optimizes the management and decision-making model of enterprise R&D through the continuous risk management system,and forms a set of risk management methods that can be landed on the ground,effectively improving the efficiency of R&D.At the present stage,our country strongly advocates scientific and technological innovation and independent innovation,and encourages enterprises to be the main body of scientific research projects.Therefore,the research of this article opens up ideas for the scientific research project management of enterprises,and also provides useful reference for domestic enterprises to carry out risk management of scientific research projects.The core research content of this paper is as follows.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical background,practical situation and research significance of this study,discusses and evaluates the research status of Chinese and foreign project risk management direction,proposes the research method used in this paper,and proposes the research framework of this paper.Then it elaborates the relevant theories in the research process,laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.It mainly includes the definition of the concept of project risk management,the implementation process of project risk management and the methods related to the evaluation of project risk management.Then the development status of A company,the process of the car waste recycling project and the status of the car waste recycling project are analyzed.On this basis,the possible risks of A company’s automobile waste recycling project are analyzed from five aspects including technology,talent,management,market and cooperation.After that,the risk of the company’s automobile waste recycling project was evaluated,the principle of the risk assessment of the company’s automobile waste recycling project was clarified,the corresponding risk assessment system was established,and the risk level was determined.Through data collection,the risk measurement of A company’s automobile waste recycling project is carried out,and the risk assessment results are analyzed.Then it puts forward the risk management and control strategy of A company’s automobile waste recycling project.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept of risk management from the aspects of technology,talent,market,cooperation and management system,and puts forward the corresponding risk control measures.Finally,this paper summarizes the main research content,points out the shortcomings and limitations of this paper,and points out the future direction of further research.
